1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Redline Autoworks for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Redline Autoworks provides automotive performance tuning, modification, and maintenance services. All services are performed by qualified technicians to industry standards.
3. Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are estimates and may be subject to change based on actual work required
- Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST unless otherwise stated
- We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work
- Additional charges may apply for unforeseen complications or additional work requested
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards
- A deposit may be required for large projects or special-order parts
- Vehicles may be held until full payment is received
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your vehicle and its history
- Disclose any existing issues or previous modifications
- Understand that performance modifications may affect warranty and insurance
- Use modified vehicles responsibly and within legal limits
- Follow all break-in and maintenance recommendations provided
6. Warranties and Guarantees
- Our workmanship warranty is detailed in our separate Warranty Policy
- Parts warranties are provided by manufacturers and vary by product
- We are not responsible for failures caused by misuse, abuse, or racing
- Warranty claims must be made in writing within the warranty period
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redline Autoworks shall not be liable for:
- Consequential damages arising from service or equipment failure
- Loss of use, loss of profits, or other indirect damages
- Damage caused by racing, track use, or other high-stress activities
- Issues arising from parts or modifications not installed by us
8. Vehicle Storage and Liability
- We take reasonable care of vehicles in our custody
- We are not responsible for items left in vehicles
- Storage fees may apply for vehicles not collected within agreed timeframes
- We reserve the right to move vehicles as necessary for workshop operations
9. Cancellations and Refunds
- Appointment cancellations require 24 hours notice
- Deposits on special-order parts are non-refundable
- Refunds for services are at our discretion and subject to work already performed
10. Intellectual Property
- Our custom ECU maps and tuning files remain our intellectual property
- You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer our calibrations
- We may use images of your vehicle for marketing purposes (with permission)
11. Compliance and Legal Use
- You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle complies with local regulations
- Some modifications may not be legal for road use in Singapore
- We do not condone illegal racing or unsafe driving
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
