Parts Policy

1. Parts Sourcing

We source parts from authorized dealers and reputable suppliers to ensure authenticity and quality. We work with premium brands including Garrett, Brembo, KW, AEM, and many others.

• All parts are genuine unless otherwise specified
• We do not install counterfeit or replica parts
• Parts are selected based on quality, fitment, and value
• We can source specific brands upon request

2. Parts Pricing

• Prices are quoted at the time of ordering
• Prices include GST unless otherwise stated
• Exchange rates and supplier prices may affect final cost
• We will notify you of significant price changes before ordering

3. Special Orders

For parts not in stock, we can place special orders:

• Deposit Required: Typically 50% deposit for special orders
• Lead Times: Vary by supplier, typically 1-8 weeks
• Non-Refundable: Special order deposits are non-refundable
• Cancellations: Must be made before order is placed with supplier

4. Customer-Supplied Parts

We can install customer-supplied parts with the following conditions:

• Parts must be new and in original packaging
• We cannot guarantee fitment or quality of customer-supplied parts
• No warranty on customer-supplied parts (labor warranty still applies)
• We reserve the right to refuse installation of questionable parts
• Installation of used or rebuilt parts is at our discretion

5. Parts Warranty

Parts installed by us are covered by manufacturer warranty:

• Warranty terms vary by manufacturer (typically 12 months)
• We facilitate warranty claims on your behalf
• Defective parts will be replaced per manufacturer warranty terms
• Some warranties require proof of professional installation

6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

• Parts must be unused, in original packaging
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase
• Special-order parts cannot be returned
• Electrical parts and software cannot be returned once opened
• Restocking fee may apply (typically 15-20%)
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

7. Core Charges

Some parts require a core exchange (e.g., turbochargers, injectors):

• Core charge will be refunded upon return of old part
• Old part must be returned within 30 days
• Core must be complete and rebuildable
• Damaged cores may incur reduced refund

8. Shipping and Delivery

• We can ship parts directly to customers
• Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination
• International shipping available (customs fees are customer responsibility)
• Insurance recommended for high-value items
• We are not responsible for shipping delays or damage by courier

9. Back-Ordered Parts

If parts become back-ordered after ordering:

• We will notify you immediately
• You may choose to wait or select an alternative part
• Deposits can be refunded for back-ordered parts

10. Price Matching

We strive to offer competitive pricing. While we don't have a formal price-matching policy, we're happy to discuss pricing for significant purchases.

11. Parts Fitment

• We verify fitment before ordering when possible
• Customer is responsible for providing accurate vehicle information
• Some parts may require modification for proper fitment
• We will advise of any fitment concerns before proceeding

12. Installation Requirements

Some parts may require additional components or modifications:

• We will identify required supporting parts before starting work
• Additional labor may be needed for custom fabrication
• ECU tuning is often required for performance parts

13. Used and Rebuilt Parts

We occasionally offer used or rebuilt parts:

• Condition will be clearly described
• Limited or no warranty on used parts
• Installation at customer's risk
• Availability is limited and subject to change
